Abstract
We analyze a tweet system in a software development company. In software development companies, many people get sick, take a long-term rest, and leave companies. We think this is one caused by the lack of communications among employees. This tweet system can solve these by the contribution of the employee's communication and potential team power to the brewing in the software development company. In this company, because of remote places and members divided from other projects, they make communications improvement effort variously. We find that positive/negative tendency of content of tweet related to each person's feeling value and his/her attitude to this tweet system.
