Abstract
Dialysis patients is increasing, because Lifestyle-related diseases is increasing. But Care facility which can accept the patient is less. This study's purpose is thinking acceptance for dialysis elderly with no place to go. In literature survey, I summarize the status of the previous studies. The previous studies are background of the technical improvement, gerontology, and QOL of elderly. In interviews, to clarify the structure of the stakeholders, I focus on the information of phenomenon in the region of the hypothesis other than, the voice of the minority. As a result, environment surrounding patients is a current situation that was not considered about QOL. I think countermeasures from the point of view, beneficiaries of the service, service offerings, balance of simulation.
