Abstract
Now that the steadily growth of the Japanese economy has come to an end, producing low-price high-tech products is not a definitive solution to enlarging corporate earnings anymore. On the other hand, value-creation other than low-price mass production has made many companies grow faster and faster. Taking this phenomena into account, we, company's researchers and non-technical degree seeking college students, collaborating each other, have been doing several kinds of co-creation activities for a few years, especially focusing on the future vision of mobility culture. In this paper, we discuss the benefits of such activities; moreover, we examine both the know-how obtained from the activities and the challenges we have encountered.
