Abstract
Apprication of Business Game for education and training are widely spreading both in the school class room and in the enterprize. It is especialy effective for the training of supply chain managemt where the training of cooperation and cordinatin between the individual fuunction are essential. We report our observaton of the trainig for general business person by using recetly developed on-line SCM Game, and discuss on our expectatin and some issues found.
