Abstract
The purpose of this study is to clarify the organizational characteristic differences of the relationship between organization-based self-esteem (OBSE) and knowledge sharing (KS) behavior. Data were gathered from 500 employees using internet survey. The organizational characteristic differences of OBSE and KS were analyzed by analysis of variance, and the differences of the relationship between OBSE and KS were analyzed by structural equation model. The results show that OBSE was effective in small and medium-size enterprise.
