Foreign capital to ICT industries in developing countries and problem of ICT4D

Abstract

The occasion of ICT companies in developing countries because of the Internet, mobile and Smartphone. There are some cases of success, for example the mobile currency service using mobile phone in Kenya. Young companies of developing countries need the foreign capital or support. We research the problems surrounding the ICT industries of developing countries and ICT4D with foreign capital.
