Problems of management of ski resort due to skiing population decrease and possibility of ICT support towards solution

Abstract

At present, many ski resorts are being forced to closed / closed business due to the decrease in the ski population in Japan. For sustainability of ski resort management, it is essential to change business model. For many years, we have been conducting a questionnaire survey with the target field as the Appi Kogen ski resort in Hachimantai City, In our laboratory. This time, from the interview survey, it became clear that we are progressing the change of business model, and we conducted stakeholder map and ROI analysis. Examine the possibility of ICT support for existing ski resort issues.
