Suggestion of the information sharing support that applied the ICT in the cafe

Abstract

In a certain cafe, as an information sharing tool between the staff in the shop, we utilize "a communication notebook". I performed the thing called “the joint list" in five weeks that I connected with motivation of the staff about importance of the information sharing to demonstrate whether this “communication notebook" had usefulness. By a questionnaire before and after enforcement, I analyzed a change of the consciousness for the information sharing of the staff. I will examine an information tool information sharing, and hold to increase motivation between the staff further while playing a role as “the communication notebook" in future.
