Growth and change of orchestra organization

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make clear how an orchestra organization overcomes different crises at each stage of growth in its lifecycle.
The result showed that the orchestra organization also develops through stages of growth in its lifecycle according to previous studies, and that there is the possibility that it has a characteristic to overcome the crisis changing the structure.
