Active use of IoT etc., through overcoming the problem of Japanese type IT-utilization

Abstract

Japan's use of IoT has not made any progress on an international basis. In terms of IT utilization as a whole, although it continues to be sophisticated as IoT, Cloud, Big Data, AI, etc., the level of IT investment does not generally rise and new efforts are not gaining momentum. Currently, as digitalization is progressing more and more, this is a serious problem. It is an issue that requires investigation of cause and urgent response. Therefore, I go back to the stage of utilization of excessive custom software, which is thought to be the reason why IT utilization declined. And, I consider the active utilization measures of IoT and others through overcoming specified problems.
