Abstract

An ethnologist Dr. Tsuneichi Miyamoto surveyed the ordinary people's life in our country, in detail. Generally speaking, many people recognize as the traditional organizational decision-making system in our country is The "RINGI" documentation system, and "NEMAWASHI" negotiation. However there are unique organizational decision-making methods in the Dr. Miyamoto's survey results. And there is clear difference between the decision-making methods proposed by Prof. H.A.Simon and Dr. Miyamoto's methods. Dr. Miyamoto's organizational decision-making method is expected to highly agreement on the conclusions, among stakeholders. In order to examine this organizational decision making method in detail, it is necessary to construct a model by multi-agent simulation. In this study, I designed simulation model's elemental logic before develop the multi agent simulation model.
