Abstract

The reality of “entrepreneurship in the VUCA era" is infinitely more difficult to understand. Investigate the understanding and issues of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity as VUCA business targets. In such an environment, companies are being forced to change and transform their business processes and business mindset. I also tried to consider entrepreneurship as human resources who can solve management problems in a variety of ways and flexibly.
