Abstract

Even in the VUCA era, we can only do what we can and do as honestly as we can.

It should be possible to refine or modify the methods of folly if university faculty and clerical workers face up to the realistic picture of true management and look again and review the principles, principles and ideas that flow behind folly. We discuss what is needed to revitalize the study group.
