Current telework is applied for the workers that want to concentrate on their own work once a week. To promote "telework" among workers, the target of telework is nessessary to be expanded to "team-work." We focus on the informal communication in a team which is lost on a telework environment. In this paper, we propose the telework communication systems can realize the environment in which you feel like you are working in the real office. We consider functions which needed for the informal communication. We propose the meta-realistic telework communication systems that realize the functions. We show the results of experiment using that systems.
