SRAM-based field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) are vulnerable to a soft error.Therefore, the dependable design techniques become important, and the accurate dependability analysis method is required to demonstrate their robustness.Most of present analysis techniques takes long time to analyze the dependability.In the present paper, we construct the soft error estimation system to analyze the reliability and to reduce the estimation time.Moreover, we apply monte carlo simulation to our approach, and identify trade-off between accuracy of error rate and estimation time.
