Use of Learning Management System (LMS) is already the important part in Higher Education Institution. In Indonesia, use of LMS is limited to bandwidth infrastructure, therefore, developing tool to support using LMS in limited bandwidth is needed. This paper present xLMSMe (Cross LMS More Education), an author supportive tool which help teacher create learning content in local machine then automatically uploading to existing LMS such as Moodle, when successfully established connection through Local Area Network (LAN) or wireless Local Area Network (wLAN).
