反射型及び通過型の簡易な結合回路を用いたPush-Push発振器アレーの検討

Recently, radar system has been used widely in consumer products. For the radar systems, cost reduction and miniaturization of the circuit is demanded. A Push-Push oscillator array is effective for a low cost and miniaturized radar system. In this paper, Push-Push oscillator arrays using a reflection type and a transmission type coupling circuit are demonstrated. And the difference of the characteristics is discussed.
