Maintaining high-efficiency through wide load ranges is important for switching DC-DC converter designs.My research is to improve the efficiency of DC-DC converters with the optimized switching frequency control(OSFC).By analyzing the power losses in the circuit,like switching loss，conduction loss，and so on，the efficiency as a function of frequency and load current can be obtained.For various load currents,appropriate frequencies can be selected to maximize the efficiency.Compared with PFM,which improves only light-load efficiency of DC/DC converter, OSFC can achieve high-efficiency through wide load ranges.
