携帯型顕微鏡を用いた三次元画像計測に関する研究

抄録

Zooming technology is used in desktop microscopes to measure small things in 3D information with high prices.We exploit a 3D surface measurement system based on simple handheld microscope with zooming method.But handheld microscope has a problem of focal distance and object position change.We proposal a method of standard points comparison to solve this problem.First we take many images in different focus.Choose the middle image and its special points as standard.Then use image processing to handle other images to change the size and position of the object to standard.Combine the images with different clear parts and put out 3D information.
