Muscle fatigue detection is one of the important applications of surface electromyogram (sEMG) monitoring during exercise and fitness in maintaining muscle. In this paper, the development of real-time sEMG-monitoring system for maintaining biceps muscle based on muscle fatigue during exercise is proposed. The testing and implementation results have proved that the system is correct and feasible.
