In this study, a fourth harmonic Push-Push oscillator using a microstrip line resonator is proposed. The proposed oscillator consists of two sub-oscillators, maicrostrip line resonator and output circuit. The fundamental, second-order and third-order harmonics are effectively suppressed and the 4th-order harmonic signal is effectively obtained by using the resonant field of the microstrip line resonator. The performance of the proposed oscillator is experimentally evaluated.
