サブハーモニック注入同期ガン発振器の注入回路の設計

In this study, I use a Gunn oscillator that perform sub-harmonic injection locking for stabilizing oscillation frequency. A Gunn oscillator integrated with a slot line resonator has two output ports and one injection port. Leakage of signal from the injection port during injection locking affects circuits and signal sources that connect to that. By loading a stub into the line connecting the injection port and the oscillator, leakage of the fundamental wave and the second harmonic wave from the injection port can be blocked, while sub-harmonic injection locking signal can be injected.
