焼酎粕を利用した活性炭電極の液中プラズマによる表面処理

Electric double layer capacitor (EDLC) has attracted attention as power storage devices. EDLC has characteristics that rapid charge and discharge, easy maintenance. The purpose of this research is to improve the energy density by surface treatment of activated carbon electrode using solution plasma. A DC power supply was used as the power supply for solution plasma. First, activated carbon powder was subjected to plasma treatment. After that, an electrode was prepared using activated carbon powder, and the capacitance was measured by the CV method. In addition, The resistance component was measured using the AC impedance method.
