The point system is a bridge between consumers and merchants.Users can get financial benefits after consuming,which is the driving force for their participation.However,when the benefits become insufficient,it is difficult for users to keep motivation.In our research,we introduce gamification into the system to combine shopping in the real world and pet raising in the virtual world.The design of the pet-raising game establishes emotional connection between the user and the system.To enhance this connection,we design multi-user interactions,providing competitive and non-competitive interaction.
