In this study, a planar rectenna employing a Yagi-Uda antenna is proposed in order to realize a high-power rectenna array. The proposed rectenna consists of a Yagi-Uda antenna and a single-shunt rectifier on each side of the substrate. A high-power rectenna array that can be mounted on small devices such as a drone is expected to be achieved by stacking the proposed rectenna.
