抄録

Novel spectroscopic material such as PDMS dispersed with microsized-CaF2 particles, was proposed and demonstrated transparence at wavelength of 272nm and diffusing over the other wavelengths. In the CaF2 grinding process, centrifugation in silicone oil could remove most of the nano-sized particles, and slightly improved bandwidth performance was obtained as result.
