抄録

In this study, a self-oscillating active integrated antenna is proposed. The proposed active antenna consists of a transistor-based oscillator and microstrip antenna which is used as a resonator of the oscillator. A prototype active integrated antenna is designed and fabricated. The feasibility of the proposed concept was experimentally confirmed.
