ダイオード装荷周波数可変マイクロストリップアンテナの損失に関する数値的評価

In this study, loss factors of a frequency tunable microstrip antenna are numerically examined. The frequency tunable microstrip antenna integrates four varactor diodes at each conner of the microstrip antenna to change the resonant frequency. Conductor loss, dielectric loss and diode loss are separately evaluated by using simulation. It is found that the diode loss is the dominant factor among them.
