The Wullenweber antenna with the unbalanced fed ULPIL antennas mounted on the sixty-faced polygonal cylinder with its radius of 1,400 mm (4.95 ) been analyzed numerically. Since the ULPIL antenna with higher directivity is used as an element antenna, the directivity of three nine-element phased array antenna becomes around 22 dBi. The half power beam width is about 5 degrees in the vertical plane. Te side lobe at -49 degrees is suppressed by modifying the geometry of element antenna and changing the phase delay of array antenna.
