This study investigates the radiated EMI characteristics of IGBT modules under varying load currents using a double pulse test setup. As a result, the intensity of radiated emission was found to depend on both the dV/dt and the load current. During turn-on, the highest radiated EMI was observed at lower load currents, with minimal variation at higher currents despite the reduced dV/dt. In contrast, turn-off radiated EMI increased with load current, indicating that higher load conditions tend to generate greater radiated noise.
