In infant, fistula-in-ano is not uncommon, but its etiology is still unknown. Many authors reported unique theories, but not decided. Accordingly, there are various therapeutic method and opportunity of radical operation. Author decided timely chance of radical operation according these theories, and suggested for rational operation method.
