Abstract

The purpose of the health checkup system proposed by Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare is the diminishing until 25% the prevalence of diabetes mellitus till 2015, and control the expand of medical fee. As practical matters, one is how to understand and spread the concept of uncertainty in the field of health check programs and to grasp the concepts of traceability chains and standard uncertainty and keep the reliabilities of health check system. Secondly, here, we illustrated the case of physiological variances for the evaluation of laboratory data. To understand these three steps completely, we could enforce the health check guideline of Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare
