The present conditions of practical and use of electronic equipment and it's problems under the revised long-term care insurance system : Investigation of care-staff satisfaction concerning information use

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine what recognition of welfare information use in the revised long-term care insurance system the care workers on the site have. Firstly, the use situation of personal computer and it's problems were investigated. And the importance of the personal computer and care-worker satisfaction of the used of the internet in their office were examined. Next, the care-workers were asked: "To attempt the accumulation of information that pulls the development of the office, is the approach of the infrastructure of the internet advanced?" The result is : 57.7% of the respondents think the internet is very important and at the same time feel disappointed with the present situation. Further investigation and discussion of the characteristics of the results above will be necessary in future.
