I The purpose of this study: (1) We make clear the features and subjects about the human relations of the society of today in Japan. (2) We consider what does hinder or promote the development of human relations from the Science of the relationships. II The method of this study: We use the Psychodrama being held in Psychodrama Study Group of Bunkyo University. III The conclusion of this study: (1) We make clear the features and subjects about the human relations of home, school, community, and working place of the society of today in Japan. We found the beside and out side relationships as the common features of the sesituations. And these often hinder the development of human relationships. (2) We consider these in using the co-cross-being points of the Science of the Relationships to help the progress of human relations.

In many cases school absentees cannot express the reason for their absence although they are disgusted at schools. According to Heidegger's thought about the relationship between being and "feeling," this means that school absentees refuse to attend school not on the level of cognition but on the level of being. But why is that so? In this paper, a paradigm will be proposed to understand the reason, using Sartre's thought about conscience and "nothingness" as a clue. In the field of juvenile psychology, "ego-experience" is commonly seen among young people. By the "annihilating function" of their own conscience, young people experience the separation of "the positive world and ego, " of "subjective ego and objective ego" and of "conscience and body. " So they often experience the world, especially their school, as a persecuting world, and cannot help but flee into safe places. However, they usually regard attending school as a possibility that is to be realized as a matter of course. They inevitably have a "sense of guilt" in front of others. So it would be useless trying to persuade them to attend school, because they would probably refuse school even after they understand that they have to attend school on the level of cognition. We should allow them to be in safe places and wait until they restore the relationship between the world and themselves and between the others and themselves.

Care for elderly dementia patients requires continuous observation of the processes and specific development of behavioral change over time as a tool - the existing tool should be thoroughly examined or the new tool should be developed. This is necessary for elucidating the criteria by which care personnel determine the orientation of individualized care services. In addition, from this perspective, recognition and methodology of multidisciplinary care can be established through consultations at conferences which provide opportunities to create a common understanding among caregivers. Accumulation of these activities may lead to the determination of criteria for dementia care.

The aim of this study is to examine what recognition of welfare information use in the revised long-term care insurance system the care workers on the site have. Firstly, the use situation of personal computer and it's problems were investigated. And the importance of the personal computer and care-worker satisfaction of the used of the internet in their office were examined. Next, the care-workers were asked: "To attempt the accumulation of information that pulls the development of the office, is the approach of the infrastructure of the internet advanced?" The result is : 57.7% of the respondents think the internet is very important and at the same time feel disappointed with the present situation. Further investigation and discussion of the characteristics of the results above will be necessary in future.
