Continuing Factors of Chief Children’s Commissioner through Narrative

Abstract

There is a chief children’s committee member as a human resource to support families raising children in the community. The Chief Children’s Commissioner is a system established in 1994. There are challenges in continuing as chief children’s commissioner for many years. The purpose of this study is to measure the factors for continuing from the background. And, I made it a point of seeing it from the investigator’s narrative. As a result of the examination, five themes were found, 【Thoughts on children and local community】【Clarification of my own role from experience】 【Rewarding and growth from experience】 【Relationship with the surroundings】【Support from the surroundings】. As a continuing factor, it was suggested that the system of the Council of Children’s Commissioners of the Civil Committee should be established so that they could engage with schools, cooperate with them, and engage in the activities of the chief children’s committee members with peace of mind.
