Two cases of cervico-facial actinomycosis were reported. In the differential diagnosis of neck tumors, actinomycosis should be kept in mind. It is necessary for positive diagnosis to demonstrate sulfur granules in pus or granulation tissue. The patients were administered orally penicillin and potassium iodide. Tonsillectomies were also performed in both cases in order to remove the orgins of invasion of actinomyces bovis. These two patients have been in good health without recurrence more than one year after they left the hospital.
