The abnormal sensation of the pharyngolaryngeal region might be considered to depend on various factors which affect each other. A disorder of the autonomic nerve system may be the most important one. Hi-Z tablet (i-oryzanol), which seems to act on the hypothalamus, that is a center of internal endocritic sensation and of the autonomic nerve system, was found to be effective for the abnormal sensation of the pharyngolaryngeal region.
