頭頸部癌術後に発来した急性胃・十二指腸潰瘍の5症例

抄録

Five cases of acute gastric and duodenal ulcer following, operation of cancer of the maxillary sinus and the larynx were reported. This disease is one of the most serious complication with hemorrhage or perforation, and it does not show histological evidence of chronic inflammatory response. It should be kept in mind that various stresses, for example, burn, trauma or postoperative conditions might cause acute peptic ulcer.
