One patient developed total deafness with vertigo, nausea and vomitting and the other eight partial deafness without vertigo. They were treated with intravenous injection of a contrast media; methylglucamine and sodium diatrizoate or methyl-glucamine and sodium iodamide. Six of them showed a recovery of their hearing.
