耳下腺のMucoepidermoid tumorの2症例

抄録

Two cases of mucoepidermoid tumor of the parotid gland are reported. The first case was 19 year old man. He complained of cystic swelling of the infraauricular region.
The second case was 71 year old woman. She had undergone surgical procedure twice, one about 30 years ago, and the other about 8 months ago. A consulted radiologist transferred her to our clinic.
In both cases the tumor were surgically removed and there are no findings of recurrence. Cystic lesions of the parotid gland are uncommon but we should impress on our mind that mucoepidermoid tumor sometimes formes large cystic lesion.
