Blowout fractureの手術

抄録

Pure blowout fracture often causes permanent disability and deformity such as diplopia and enophthalmus. Twenty seven cases of such the fractures were treated surgically by transantral approach. Autogenous bone graft from the anterior maxillary wall, gelform sheet and antral mucoperiosteal pocket were used in the reconstruction of the orbital floor defect. Postsurgical results were relatively satisfactory.
