Two male and one female patient showed convergent direction-changing positional nystagmus for several months. One complained of profound sensorineural hearing loss in the right ear, and the others suffered from vertiginous attack and dizziness. Every neurological, neurotological and radiological examination indicated damage of the inner ear. After medicinical treatments, these three patients have lived and worked without problem for several years.
