Auditory disturbances after Streptomycin therapy of 164 patients were observed and the result was as following.
1) Here is many patients who suffering from hearing impairment of broad range and of high degree even when used in small doses.
2) Audiogram showed abrupt form, gradual form and flat form and many of them were symmetrical on both side.
3) Hearing loss at speech range of many patient were over 30 db on an average.
4) The deafness and hard of hearing, by whom recovered from meningitis tuberculosa, was 88.8%.
