Idiopathic palpebral emphysema was occured in a boy aged 8 due to usual nasal doushe for the treatment of chronic rhinitis.
In this accidental case there could not be able to find any causes, such as anatomical anomaly, injury or contusion of face, by roentgenographic and rhinoscopic examinations. The swelling of palpebra was healed after a week by the compressive bandage and the prohibition of blowing his nose.
