抄録
The authors would like to advise here with a male patient, aged, 13, that the complete resection of naso-pharayngeal fibroma in a clearly visible state of operative field is desirable, for the naso-pharyngeal fibroma is characteristic in its easy bleeding, hardness in intensity and adhesion to the surroundings and also relapse. Moreover, in order to prevent the undesirable insufficiency of suture after the operation, an intraoral operation with T-incision was proceeded to take into practice without cutting off the bone, and then, the naso-pharyngeal fibroma was resected obtained by rotating the Beckmann's ring knife at the basis of tumor.
