We experienced recently 2 cases of the laryngeal webs, and discuissed on the summarized 9 cases during the past 50 years in our clinic.
Obtaining the remarkable improvement of voice after the surgical treatments without difficulty particularly on the thin membraneous web, it was emphasized that the plan for treatments and its prognosis might be estimated by means of the position and character of webs.
In addition to the surgical treatment, general or local administration of dexamethasone phosphate was available.
