Having an experience of cavernous hemagioma in the masseter of a 13 aged girl complained of the swelling in her right cheek, the authors refered to the diagnosis and treatment of it. Instead of extirpating this case was cured by the vertical and horizontal ligature included the masseter for the purpose of organizing.
