A girl, aged 5, complained of the swelling of the left cheek and was clinically diagnosed as the dental follicular cyst in the maxilla. She was Operated by the Luc-Caldwell's methode. After operation from biopsy we pathologically diagnosed as the odontoblastoma. This tumor was uncommon, and only 4 Cases were reported in the past literature.
