According to speedy development of photo-flash lamps, and request from all quarters recently, it is absolutely necessary for super small and intense light photo-flash Iamp. But in order to satisfy this necessity, the existing states of manufacturing methods are beyond their power. One possible way of it, is to make flashbulbs of no stem, no-base and including high pressure, by filling up sealed receptacles with several oxygen pressures which are now 2/3 pressure of oxygen, giving up their stems, simplifying their joining with flash guns, therefore, making up to join lead-in wire with flash guns directly, This method, is first to coat with ignite medicines on ignite part of lead-in wire and sealed receptacles including ignite materials, to adhere to sealing dish, and to stuff in gross exhaust tankwith many of that which have used seal, and adhering medicine to joining part with sealed receptacle, and dish as a result of thus, to try to at a stretch accomplish process of sealing, exhausting, sealing oxygen, and basing. It promotes economy of materials, reduces their process, and manufactures superior plentifully photo-flash lamps cheaply.
We are successful in manufacturing the super small photo-flash lamps which has a diameter of 16 millimeters, the total length of 25 millimeters, and the total light output of 13 000 lumen-seconds.
This drawing is showing the present invention, and in Fig 1 we use aluminium wire as ignite material and in Fig 2 we use the thin boards of Zr, Ti, or alloy of Al and high per-cent Mg which are made a great many holes.
