In the beginning, we describe conventional methods for calculation of interreflection between parallel infinite surfaces by means of infinite series and simultaneous equation. Then, we introduce a matrix which is derived from a different standpoint in order to calculate the multiple interreflection in case that a finite transparent plane is put between the finite parallel surfaces
Next, we show the matrix and its original simultaneous equation which can express a more complicated interreflection system and find the general rule which governs it. We take three practical cases, make their matrices and solve them as examples.
In the end, summarizing the matrices for several cases of interreflection, we conclude that they, can be reduced to a eeneral form shown below
[L]=[L0] + [aij][F (i, j)][L]
with reference to an equivalent network.
In the appendix, we verify the appropriateness of the introduced matrix by means of the ordinarycalculation method.
